The breakfast was fantastic, the food was brilliant. That hotel was in an unbeatable location, in between arches of city hall built in 14th century.
Everything was exactly right!

I keep coming back to this wonderful place. The staff helped me with late check out on my first stay. It suits me perfectly with all the amenities like Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, indoor swimming pool, game room, and more. Perfect for my business trip. No regrets!

The general ambience and location in the town, and I felt it represented good value for the price. I would like to have more time to explore the surrounding area, as time was short on this visit.

The receptionist on arrival was friendly and welcoming, and the room was modern, clean and comfortable.
The receptionist on departure was abrupt and disorganised. She insisted that my room had been pre-paid. I had to counter-insist three times that I had still to pay before she realised she had made a mistake. The breakfast was surprisingly poor in relationship to the high quality of the room. Only one type of generic white bread, no pastries, no sweet spreads, juice available only on request, and slightly grudgingly: the waitress insisted she had to serve it herself from the small bottles in the fridge behind the bar. I assumed I would get the whole of the bottle, but no, she filled my glass and took the small remaining amount away. Only one type of tea available, served very oddly: you get a small dose of over-brewed breakfast tea from an urn, and this is diluted with hot water to produce your serving. Not very nice. How difficult or expensive would it be to simply provide a selection of tea bags? The scrambled egg and bacon mix was delicious, however.

The lack of signage made finding some activities and facilities difficult. the room could have used some maintenance as there were small issues that needed fixing.
